Shipping policy

     (1) Order Processing:

  • In case of high order volume,processing may take slightly longer.

     (2) Shipping Time:

  • Estimated delivery time 3-7 business days across india.
  • Delivery timelines may vary depending on the location & courier service.

     (3) Shipping Charges:

  • Above 999 free shipping across the india.
  • Under 999 shipping charges will be Rs 99.

     (4) Cash on delivery (COD):

  • Cod is available on selected pincodes.
  • A Rs 99 COD charge may be applicable.
  • COD order may require confirmation via whatsApp or call.
  • Palash by surbhi reserves the right to the cancel unconfirmed COD orders.

     (5)Order Tracking:

  • Once your orderis shipped,you will recive a tracking link via. SMS/WhatsAPP/Email.
  • You can track your order in real -time.

      (6) Delivery Delays:

  • While we aim to deliver within the estimated time,delays may occcur due to,
  • Courier partner issues.
  • Weather conditions.
  • Remote Locations.
  • We are not responsible for delays beyond our control,but we will assist you in tracking & resoliving your order related concerns.

      (7)Incorrect Address /Delivery Issues:

  • customer must provide accurate shipping details.
  • If an incorrect  address is provided.
  • Delivery may fall or get delayed.

      (8)Failed Delivery (RTO-Return to Origin):

  • If COD orderis not accepted or delivery fails.
  • The order will be returned to us (RTO).

      (9)Partial Shipments:

  • In rare cases two orders may be shipped separately depanding on product availabliity.
